Please read the terms and conditions of our webshop carefully before placing an order.
1. General
These conditions apply to orders and deliveries of BlueIron operated by Finno Health Oy (hereinafter referred to as the "Supplier" or "Finno Health"). These terms and conditions come into force when the customer has accepted these terms and conditions of order and delivery. The supplier sends the customer a confirmation to the e-mail address provided by the customer. Finno Health's contact information can be found on the blueiron.fi website. The customer must be at least 18 years old. Orders are only delivered to Finland.
We reserve the right for typographical errors and out-of-stock items on the website. We do not guarantee that the appearance of the product received by the customer fully corresponds to the product image presented on the website, because e.g. the screen, image quality and resolution of the device used can all affect, for example, the color tones of the product. The product presented on the website may differ from the product received by the customer also due to packaging updates by the manufacturer. In case of doubt, contact BlueIron's customer service. We do our best to ensure that the images shown on the site are as truthful as possible.
We reserve the right to change any incorrect prices before and after ordering. Finno Health reserves the right to typographical errors, incorrect technical information, etc. provided by suppliers. Regardless of the information presented by Finno Health, it does not take responsibility for the correctness and error-free content unless otherwise expressly stated. Finno Health reserves the right to make changes without informing about them.
All frauds are reported to the police and Finno Health reserves the right to terminate the transaction if fraud occurs. All products are owned by Finno Health until payment has been made in full. All products displayed in the online store can be found in Finno Health's warehouse, unless otherwise stated. The stock balance is updated continuously and we reserve the right to make changes. The online store and its content are owned by Finno Health Oy or its partners.
2. Payment
Paytrail Oyj, which is registered in the register of payment institutions maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority, acts as an intermediary for online store payment transactions. Payment is made through the payment service and Finno Health Oy is shown on the bank statement or payment card invoice. Payment is safe, as all information about the payment transaction is transmitted using an encrypted connection so that no outside party can see the information of the payment transaction.
3. Delivery
Orders are sent to the customer according to the shipping method chosen by the customer. Due to the nature of the products, returns are not possible except in the case of a product defect. Finno Health Oy is responsible for BlueIron's deliveries via post. The customer can choose the delivery location and the delivery cost depends on it. Posti reserves the right to deliver the shipment to an alternative delivery point if it cannot be delivered to the local post office chosen by the customer or according to the customer's postal code. Posti's delivery time forecast is on average 3-5 business days. Orders are usually shipped within a day on weekdays, or on the following business day on weekends/holidays. If there is an unusual delay in the delivery of the order and you have not been contacted about it, please contact BlueIron's customer service to clarify the matter. The delivery time estimate has been prepared based on information provided by Posti and Finno Health is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen changes outside its sphere of influence. The supplier delivers an electronic (text message/e-mail) or written notification to the customer after the shipment arrives at the pick-up point. Finno Health cannot influence the delivery of shipment notices. Posti keeps the package for 7 days before returning the packages to Finno Health. Read more about this in the section "Item storage time".
4. Uncollected Package
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided. If Finno Health receives a shipment that has been attempted to be delivered to the wrong address or that has been left uncollected, the customer must pay the postage costs of reshipping the order himself. Orders not picked up will be charged €10.00 for postage.
5. Delayed Delivery
If your order cannot be shipped from the Finno Health warehouse within a reasonable time, we will contact you by email or phone. If the order cannot be sent on the regular schedule, and therefore you do not want to receive it, you can cancel the order free of charge. When Finno Health has handed over the consignment to the supplier or the supplier's subcontractor, Finno Health is not responsible for delays in the delivery of the consignments that come from outside its sphere of influence.
6. Price Information
All prices are shown in the online store in euros. The prices shown on the website include VAT. Finno Health reserves the right to price changes due to supplier price changes, incorrect price lists, received incorrect price information or other pricing errors. Finno Health also reserves the right to other price changes.
7. Campaigns
It is not possible to combine discount codes with valid campaigns or offers unless otherwise stated.
8. Cancellation, Right of Return, And Complaints
Finno Health follows the guidelines of the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority in the operation of the online store. In matters concerning complaints, returns or cancellations, the customer service should be contacted using the contact form on the website, by e-mail (blueiron@finnomedical.fi) within a reasonable time.
The right of cancellation does not apply to goods delivered sealed and opened, which cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons after opening the package, for example nutritional supplements and medicines.
8.1 Exception Regarding the Right of Return
In order to return the product, it must be undamaged, unopened and unused. Finno Health has the right to withhold a reasonable part of the price of the returned product or to refuse to accept the product if the returned product does not meet these conditions. The deduction from the price of the product is assessed depending on the situation. Opened and/or missing hygiene products (health products and medicines) do not have the right of return or exchange for health and hygiene reasons. Products that have been modified or created just for the customer (for example, by adding engraving to them at the customer's request) cannot be returned. A service that has been performed or has begun to be performed cannot be canceled or returned. An approved return or order cancellation will be refunded to the customer within 30 days.
8.2 Complaint
Complaints must be made using the contact form on the website or by email. Complaints about a defective product must be made within a reasonable period of time after the defect has been noticed. The defective product must be kept until the matter is resolved. If there is no new product in stock or it has been removed from BlueIron's selection, we will contact you. Complaints usually take 1-3 weeks to process, depending on the situation. An approved complaint will be refunded to the customer within 30 days, if it is a monetary refund. The new product will be delivered to the customer in place of the defective product within a reasonable time or after the customer has returned the product found to be defective to Finno Health.
If the quality of the product has been delivered to the customer as the manufacturer intended it to be and it does not differ from other similar products of the manufacturer, it is not possible to return the product to Finno Health if it has been used. Finno Health does not reimburse customers for used products that do not have a manufacturing defect, even if they did not meet the consumer's personal preferences or caused the customer, for example, an allergic reaction. In this case, the customer is recommended to contact the product manufacturer directly.
8.3 Damages
If the customer receives a damaged or opened shipment, the customer must notify the order pick-up point immediately, where a notification can be filled out regarding what happened.
9. Changes To the Webshop Terms
Finno Health reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes to the order conditions will be published on BlueIron's website. The changed conditions are considered accepted if the customer visits the site or places an order there.
